Ciarra Batterton DPT
Ciarra spent most of her childhood living in Colorado Springs, and as an Army brat has had the opportunity to travel all over the world. She completed her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University with a double major in Kinesiology and Psychology and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas.
Ciarra was drawn to physical therapy following her own injuries as an athlete and is grateful for the chance to help others get back to doing the things they love. As a clinician, she enjoys working with people of all ages with a variety of conditions including pregnancy/post-partum, pelvic floor dysfunction (all genders), and athletic injuries. Ciarra is certified in dry needling and uses her orthopedic background to ensure a whole-body approach to rehabilitation. She loves getting to know her patients and empowering them to reach their health and fitness goals.
Outside of work, Ciarra enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and their dog as they appreciate all that Colorado has to offer.

Katie Crites LMT
Katie Crites is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, where she completed 650 hours of massage training. Her clinical approach to bodywork emphasizes collaboration with physical therapists to support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance functional movement.
Katie integrates a range of therapeutic techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, neuromuscular, trigger point, myofascial, and integrative massage, as well as cupping, hot stone, prenatal, and seated massage. She customizes each session to address the unique needs of her clients—whether the goal is to increase range of motion, decrease muscle tension, or promote relaxation during rehabilitation.
Before entering the field of massage therapy, Katie spent eight years running a whitewater kayaking non-profit and training as a professional freestyle kayaker. Her firsthand experience with injury recovery and physical conditioning gives her a unique understanding of how the body responds to stress, movement, and healing.
Katie’s philosophy blends evidence-based bodywork with a compassionate, client-centered approach—helping people reconnect with their bodies, improve performance, and restore balance to daily life.

Lea Klein MSPT
Lea Klein, MSPT, graduated with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 from St. Louis University.
She is trained in pelvic floor physical therapy and is especially passionate about treating the pregnant and postpartum client. She also has extensive manual training, and enjoys treating the hip, spine, and TMJ. She is certified in trigger point dry needling. She has additional training in visceral mobilization, nutrition as it relates to the pelvic floor, and kinesiotaping.

Dr. Kimberlie Landers DPT, PCES
Kim Landers earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science and Kinesiology at Concordia University in Irvine, California. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Chapman University in California earning an award at graduation for academic excellence.
She is passionate about all things related to pelvic health but especially loves treating pregnancy/postpartum and the GI system. She has taken extensive coursework to further her knowledge including pelvic floor, complex pelvic pain, men’s health, fascia manipulation, visceral manipulation and bowel function. She is trigger point dry needling certified (level 1 Kinetacore and levels 1 and 2 Myopain). Additionally she is a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PCES). This certification adds to her knowledge and understanding of the pregnant and postpartum body, and assists in her “whole body” approach to care.

Tara Loveland PT, DPT
Tara was born and raised in Temple City, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles. She attended the University of California, San Diego where she earned her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science before moving to Denver for physical therapy school. She graduated from the University of Colorado with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December 2020.
Tara is passionate about providing each and every one of her clients the opportunity to achieve the active and healthy lifestyle they’ve always imagined – regardless of pain and/or injury. Clinically, she has a special interest in return-to-sport rehabilitation and pelvic health, specifically, postpartum return to exercise. She is passionate about helping her clients optimize movement, recover from injury, and/or prevent future injury by utilizing a total-body treatment approach that reaches the “root cause” of the problem.
When Tara is not in the clinic, she enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, cycling, and pretty much anything that gets her outdoors. She also enjoys the occasional day indoors reading a good book, watching a good Netflix series, or cooking a new recipe.
